About Body Contouring
Body contouring at Leslie Med Spa uses the Maximus device by Pollogen — the same Israeli medical-aesthetic group that developed our OxyGeneo facial platform. Maximus combines tripolar radiofrequency (RF) and dynamic muscle activation (DMA) to deliver simultaneous fat reduction and skin tightening in a single treatment, without surgery or significant downtime.
The mechanism is straightforward: tripolar RF heats the deeper subcutaneous tissue layer (where fat cells live and where collagen breaks down with age), causing fat cells to release stored lipids and stimulating fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin. DMA simultaneously triggers muscle contractions, similar in effect to high-intensity exercise, that improve tone in the treated area.
Maximus is one of the few non-invasive contouring platforms that effectively treats both fat reduction AND skin laxity in a single session — most other devices specialize in one or the other.
